The most common question customers ask us is, “How do I care for my leather bag/product?” We understand life happens and it’s important to know how to prevent stains or tears. There are various leather cleaners available to help remove some stains. We encourage customers to be mindful of rough surfaces as they may cause wear and tear. Which is natural and normal of owning a leather bag. Please read our FAQ page for some more leather care, tips, and information!
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is calculated at checkout. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS (specify at checkout). We ship within 2-3 business days (not including weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. Also, we offer FREE shipping on orders over $250 which is applied at checkout.
Shipping may take longer or vary during the holiday season. We are unable to control how long an item may arrive after it ships.

This does not effect the integrity and quality of your leather product. We make sure to use the highest quality and use the best part of the hide. Please note due to monitor/phone settings, lighting effects, contrasts, and such, there may be a slight difference in the color and shade of the product in the photo(s).
