SHIPPING, Returns, + Exchanges

We take pride in creating unique, one-of-a-kind leather products in small batches, and all sewn by in our home studio. As a result, we do not offer returns or exchanges on our items, and all sales are final.

However, in certain cases, we may choose to replace or refund a customer at our discretion. Thank you for understanding and supporting our business.

All items are shipped via USPS or UPS with a tracking number. We ship in 2-3 business days after orders are placed. The arrival of your package can vary between shipping times, location, and the holiday season. If you need a package urgently, please email us immediately. All packages that need to be expedited will cost a fee.

Yes, we do! We have several friends and family who are active or have served in the military. Please make sure to leave a note or email us so we know beforehand. We thank you for your service and are excited for your package to arrives safely!

At this time, we do not offer international shipping with the exception of APO/FPO/DPO.

If you need to change the address, please contact us immediately at with your order number. However, once the package is shipped, we are unable to make any changes. Always triple check to make sure you put the correct address.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and/or packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.

USPS provides a service to see if your package is eligible to be intercepted and to change the address. USPS does require a small fee, if the package is eligible to be intercepted. Please click on the link below:

Leather Care + Materials

All of our leather is from The Hide House located in Napa, CA. Just imagine a Costco size warehouse of every color you can imagine! We love going to The Hide House to handpick all of our hides. So, we can provide you with the best quality leather. We typically work with cowhides, but in the past have worked with bison, buffalo, and deerskin.

Any scaring or marks are characteristics and part of the hide. We do our best to avoid some marks, however it does not affect the quality of the bag or the hides.

All of our hardware and zippers come in natural brass/gold. Our hardware comes from one of the largest US manufacturers and is family-owned. We use YKK for all of our zippers, which are well-known and fond in your Levi Jeans.

Leather is made to last. It's very normal for leather to wear and tear overtime as it adds character. Check down below for our tips on how to care for your leather! So it can last over time.

We are not responsible or liable for any misuse of our products.

• Be mindful about rubbing your bag against rough surfaces. Especially for your Hair on Hide bags.

• Some oils, food, and drink stains may not come be able to come out of your leather bag.

• Do not leave your bag in direct sunlight as it can cause discoloring.

• When using a specific leather cleaner make sure to follow the directions as each cleaner has different directions.

• For cleaning, wet the whole affected panel/area so no water lines form. Then, lay bag on a flat surface to air dry.

•Do not spot clean as it may cause discoloration and/or unevenness on the product.

Yes, we offer repairs to any of one of our designs, if it is repairable. We offer a low-cost repair fee and customer is responsible for shipping fees. Please keep in mind due to our market & work schedule and depending on the holiday season, we cannot guarantee that it can be repaired it right away. So, our leadtime for repairs are 4-6 weeks.

Yes! We will do our best to restock at least 1-2 times a month.

Yes and no. All of our bags and leather goods are one of a kind. We use the same design as the foundation, then use different colored hides, and liners to make it unique. We will remake the design, but it will have a different look.

We have separate and different inventory for our markets and our online store. A few items on our online store may come with us to a market. But it will be vary rare.

Customs, Wholesale, + More Questions

At this time, we are no longer accepting any custom and/or commission work.

Unfortunately, we do not do wholesale as all of our leather bags and accessories are unique. Also, Adam is only one person and the maker, so it would not be doable.

We do not offer any personalizations or engravings on any of our bags and accessories.

Of course! We will wrap the your purchased item(s) in tissue paper (depending on the season/occasion/holiday, we may use special tissue paper), tie with string, and put a handwritten card of a sweet message from you. Please make sure to leave a message in the "notes" section at checkout, so we can put it on the card.

At this time, we do not have a storefront (would love to in the future!). For now, you can shop in person at any of the markets we attend. We travel throughout Sonoma County and the Bay Area. Please check our "Upcoming Market" page to find a market near you!

All of our bags are sewn and designed by Adam. Danella will occasionally assist in prep work. However, Adam does all of the sewing and construction.

At this time, we do not offer any custom strap adjustments or shorten through our online store. However, if you attend any one of our in-person markets, we are able to make the adjustment on site as long as you bring your bag.

We recommend customers to tie a knot at the top of the strap. Many customers love tying a knot on their bag. Also, it adds a nice fashionable touch!
