How will I choose my fabric?

Due to the upcoming closure of our main fabric supplier (Joann Fabrics), we will be working with other fabric suppliers. Because of this, we will be personally reaching out to you to have you decide your interior liner. We will still continue to have unique and beautiful fabric selections for you!

Where can i see the color selection?

We have 9 color selections for you to choose from! Please check the last photo to get an idea of each color hide.

Once I place my pre-order, can I modify the color selection before it ships?

Pre-order selections are final, and we can’t make changes to the color once your order is placed. The only exception is if we haven’t started making/sewing your bag yet. Once production begins, the color choice is set—so be sure to double-check before checkout!

What is the turnaround?

Our turnaround time is about 3 to 4 weeks! Which covers everything from sewing your bag to getting it shipped out and delivered to your door!

wHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

We will be reaching out the following day and begin to process. We're here to ensure you have a personalized & positive experience, so don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything.

After your fabric choice is confirmed, we’ll begin crafting your bag, which typically takes 3-4 weeks for production and shipping. We’ll keep you updated along the way—letting you know when your bag is in production and when it’s shipped with tracking info.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE as it meets our FREE shipping minimum requirement.
